You are in China, there must be some good quality teas, green & oolong. You can always visit a Chinese herbalist as a last resort. Don't underestimate the power of TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine)!

I'm looking to become a pooing champion. I need someone to show me how. So, if anyone has had IBS like symptoms and found a way to have regular healthy poo please share. Who here has reached poo nirvana?

Drop the fiber supplement. It's just irritating for your gut. Magnesium is often deficient for many folk (and hard to get from food/water these days.) Adding 200-600 mg Magnesium Citrate before bed helps the body relax & eases constipation. (more)

I don't want to be gross, but when I go, it's tiny round balls. Sorta 'neat', because there's not a lot of clean up, but I don't imagine that it's a good thing. What's the minimum amount of fiber I have to eat to change this up? I juss hate... (more)

BM's are funny. They don't always correlate with your meals. Foods are digested at different rates (with meat being quick, plant matter being slow). So what you're seeing on Wednesday isn't necessarily your ENTIRE meal from Monday, it may just be... (more)
