I feel like I'm always constipated or making diarrhea...sometimes both. I do most of the usual paleo things—lots of veggies and meat, CrossFit, sleep—and some bonus things, like using a squatty potty adapter, but I find that the only regularity... (more)

Sometimes I get poops that leave a never-ending trail on my toilet paper. Other times, I wipe and realize I didn't even need to because there's nothing there. What causes these no-wiping-necessary bowel movements?
