since eating according to the paleo diet allows you to absorb nutrients much more efficiently are you able to eat less than you normally would and stay healthy?

It all comes down to nutrient density. 100% across the board DVs might take 2500 calories on a standard diet, a paleo diet might only require 1500 calories. That doesn't mean you stop eating when you meet those micronutrient requirements, energy... (more)

240lbs, looking to lose less than 10lbs? It depends on what else you eat but I'd guess somewhere around 4 slices of bacon, 4-6 eggs and 1/2 of berries if you are on LC side. HC, maybe 1 slice ham, 4-6 eggs and 2 smallish potatoes.

Don't sweat it. The cortisol response of worrying about this is probably doing more damage than the extra calories :) 2500 calories doesn't sound unreasonably high. You probably have days where you eat <2000 as well. Unless you find yourself... (more)

I seem to be going through them really quickly; the beef cooked in butter is divine. But the packages are a bit pricey and I'm wondering if I'm being a bit overindulgent. How many meals can you stretch out of 1 lb of beef?
