Don't overthink it! Ditch the processed foods and let your body do the rest. Why eat eggs in a powdered form when the natural form is so good and whole? If you want more protein, eat more fish. As a general rule, I'd recommend avoiding as many... (more)

Definitely the Soybean oil. Rice is pretty benign, especially in comparison.

I use phd diet whey protein which has been good and had good ingredients and i am starting next week using red-55 pre-mixed shakes ! I wouldn't listen to people who tell you not to use protein shakes! Do what feels right for you!
