would it be a good idea to eat 250-300 grams of carbs before working out, and eat all my proteins after workout? i do 18-30 hour fasts everyday. Any advice is much appreciated

Adipose tissue. It is easily transportable, doesn't cost anything, doesn't require any planning, and everyone has access to just about an endless supply.
