I would also recommend to keep your skin really hydrated so the skin becomes more flexible. Coconut oil is great for hydration! And it smells really nice. :)

I've found that mixing 2 Tbsp of apple cider vinegar into a glass of water and drinking that before every meal helps my stomach break down my food better and eliminates a lot of the bulge in that area. I'm not sure if it would help since yours... (more)

Pregnancy is not a time for a diet. It will be bad for you and your child if you keep to the diet. I advice you to try to lose weight after giving a birth to a child.

For me it was sitting up until my meals were fully digested, avoiding anything spicy and avoiding nightshades as they upset my stomach, and made me have heartburn like no other (as well as making me just fall asleep for some strange reason).
