Ideally you should not be hungry if you are eating properly. I do not know if you want to lose weight but if you don't just ensure you eat lots of protein, fat, veg every 4 or 5 hours.

Would a bulletproof tea work? I've switched out one of the coffee's for tea and make it this way. I steep it for about 20 minutes, pour into a blender with ghee, and some coconut oil. Tastes pretty good, and you can add some turmeric too.
