I've recently started paleo. I can't eat eggs scrambled with a bit of coconut oil but I can eat them cooked into paleo waffles. Why? Mt stomach was never sick prior to changes my eating habits slowly over the past 7 months.

Possibly mental, you may also be craving certain minerals and/or vitamins. Grab a 90% dark chocolate bar and eat it. Lots of good fats, very little sugar. See if this helps to quench the cravings.
