Ketosis is not a magical *bodyfat* burner. Mostly you are burning the fat in your diet. Calorie restriction is #1.    That at being said, in my ketosis experiment I got up to 300g of protein without dropping out if ketosis.  (more)

Suggested protein for active grown-up man and lady expend 56 g and 46 g of protein for every day, individually. For physically dynamic grown-ups may require extra protein for vitality, building muscle and keeping up lean bulk.

What percentage of your daily intake is fat, would you say? I stick around 80% fat, while staying around 10g carbs every day. I'm rarely hungry, and tend to eat only once per day (around 5-6PM). Works for me.
