Are you already including bone broth in your eating plan? Also, gelatin is easy to add to meals, or to drink in liquids. It will not only help you to increase your protein intake, it is very good to help heal a leaky gut. (more)

I have been tracking my macronutrients via con-o-meter. I am shooting for a ratio of 15:20:65(carbs:protein:fat). I can't seem to get my ratio of fat above my ratio of protein. Any suggestions?
