Sounds like your trying to lose weight fast. Still stuck in the diets must be starvation mindset. You're probably around 600-700 calories for what you have described, that's starvation level. You do yourself no favors eating that little.

How are you guys able to measure how many grams of protein you are eating? I don't have a scale..Also, I have heard you must eat 1 gram per desirable weight. I want to be 130lbs, so 130 grams? Is this right?

If you are losing fat and gaining muscle DON"T CHANGE ANYTHING! If you pleateau on either front and are still not satisfied with your body composition, THEN you can start tweaking calories/macros/etc.

Calories do matter and people can experience weight gain on paleo if they overeat. Calorie counting is pretty easy nowadays with a variety of websites/apps that essentially do it for you. Cronometer, Paleotrack, LoseIt, FitDay, etc...

It's highly processed with various additives, so it's quite bad IMHO. I used to eat that a lot when I was living in the UK (I had a phase where I tried to limit real meat 12-14 years ago).

Listen to your body, maybe take a break from the meat you regularly eat. Maybe take this as an opportunity to try other types of meat you don't ordinarily eat. Maybe you could try some new organ meats, duck, pheasant, quail, deer, or goat meat. (more)
