I'm looking for great stats on the consumption of proteins. For example, beef consumption by cut of meat or consumption of farm raised versus caught fish. I've come up a bit short via the Googles... anyone have any ideas?

I'm trying to add some more protein into my diet and eggs are a good, cheap source of it. I know most hunter gatherers didn't eat many eggs because they're hard to find. How many eggs can I eat in one day before it becomes unhealthy?
