180 grams of protein is a waste. Your body does not have the need for that quantity of amino acids and thus it ends up metabolizing amino acids for energy, a highly wasteful inefficient process. Weight loss however is all about calories, not... (more)

Lower carb = less need for sleep. In ketosis I can get away with 5 hours of sleep. That would never happen if I raised my carb intake past ketosis.
