I need to eat eat well, for cheap. people throw out cheap paleo lists that are 4 or 5 times my maximum budget. Can eating pale or pseudo pale be done on the cheap?

You can get huge bags of potatoes pretty cheap in the right places and it's a lot better than rice but I'm sure not as cheap. They also don't last as long but you look like a big eater. Some beans here and there can't hurt too if you soak them... (more)

Hello, As Amaranth, Buckwheat and Quinoa are not allowed even they are pseudo-grains, I am wondering if they can be incorporated while sprouted becoming more like veggies ? Thanks B??atrice

I eat sprouted buckwheat from time to time. I either make granola with it or turn it into crepes or pancakes or oatmeal-type hot cereal. I wouldn't consider it paleo but I think many would do just fine with it and I know of several paleo eaters... (more)
