Diet didn't help me. What did help was phototherapy. I bought a UVB hand-held lamp and have been aiming it at a fairly large patch of psoriasis on my leg for 60 seconds once a day. The patch has been getting consistently lighter.

Vitamin D, topic solution will reduce turn over rate of keratinocytes. Some people claim that 5g DHA makes a huge difference. You may want to try that.
