I cannot believe one can eat too much pumpkin. There are paleo populations who eat 60% calories in sweet potatoes, nutritionally very similar to pumpkin, and they have no diseases of civilization. I think you are doing very well.

Pumpkin seeds have a great amount of protein, but I have not found any other non-animal products that are as high. Any ideas? BTW I eat lots of animal products, just looking to keep it diverse.
Dry roasted hazelnuts are 15% protein, dried black walnuts are 24% protein. That's about as high protein as vegetables get unless you use protein isolates or eat legumes.
