I'm currently eating leangains-woe with primal foods. I'm eating about a 100-110 grams carbs on rest days and about 2000 calories total and 340-360 grams of carbs on workout days, 3000 calories total. My PWO meal is very big, around 1600-1700... (more)

I don't know anything about thyroid/adrenals but I have seen plenty advice saying to eat more 'balanced' if you have those issues, ie some carbs, some fat, some protein, and possibly 3 meals per day, to not fast too much. I personally eat one... (more)
