Would anyone else like to social network?

There are an increasing number of Paleo/Primal/MovNat/etc conferences, meet-ups, and happenings appearing all the time and I thought it would be great to make a few more connections for future city/country visits, meet-ups, conferences, workouts or even just Paleo dinner parties.

I am more than happy to keep in touch on Facebook so feel free to add me, and if you would like to publish your profile address for others then this post can be utilised.

And if it's just me then at least you now know one person in London, UK who would go for a grass-fed steak and salad with you. +paleo high-five!+

i don't use facebook..... :( ......i know.....i don't have a cell phone either....or a laptop....i don't tweet....i still have a lan line......and i walk to work each day...two miles ...uphill...barefoot....in the snow....wanna be my friend?

Yeah, your "No Crazy People" pretty much alienates 78% or more of the internet, maybe even more, especially those lunatics that make up statistics on the fly for everything.

I definitely want to meet more Paleo/ Primal people! The internet is great, but no substitute for meeting realy people.

I set up a site, Paleo Connect especially for this purpose. It's for anyone anywhere in the world interested in Paleo/ Primal/ Low Carb/ Crossfit etc and it's completely free (and always will be).

Very interested to hear your feedback and happy to make changes following any good suggestions!
