PQQ seems to be so new that maybe recommended minimum and maximums are not set. So how much should one try to take? Does one start high (whatever that is?) for a certain time before titrating down? Or just start steady with some smaller but effective dose (whatever that is?) for...ever?

Dr. Kruse recommends 20mg daily as mentioned above but I take 10mg daily b/c of price. I think my energy is up with all that I'm doing to get healthier including supplements. I've got the umph to post here more often.
