Some time before Christmas I discovered fasting, and got into it. My appetite started steadily decreasing; I used to have 3 meals a day, and even some snacks; it moved to 2 meals a day and a snack, and then to just two meals with nothing in between. Even working out - very intensively - fails to make me hungry, while it did before. What with all the recommendations - eat this, eat that to get so-and-so nutrient, and so-and-so vitamin - I'm finding it hard to get all the nutrition I need in just two meals a day. I am very active, and I'm tall (5'10). I should have a healthy appetite!
Now I know there are a lot of die-hard fans of fasting but I don't want responses saying this is normal. I felt a lot healthier and better when I was able to have an appetite for 3 good meals a day. I am losing my hair, my digestion feels sluggish, and I've lost some weight I haven't intended to lose (though I do NOT want to gain weight, please don't give me recommendations on that) - all I want is to maintain my weight.
I want to recover from this and boost my appetite. Any ideas?

Perhaps you can try eating breakfast first thing in the morning upon rising. Have lunch mid day and then a late-ish dinner. This will spread your three meals out as far apart from one another as possible to allow some appetite to develop between meals.
