This question is more out of curiosity than anything else. Even though I've known about paleo for two years now and eat that way around 80% of the time, I don't think I've ever gone more than a few weeks without some neolithic foods slipping in (a bite of sorbet, some sushi, even a piece of wedding cake, GASP).
Then again, it also depends on how you define a "slip-up." For me, it would be dairy, gluten, industrial oils, and sugar. If I'm trying to lean out (and most of the time I am, since I'm still a little heavier than I want to be), I consider starchy veggies, fruits, and nuts as slip-ups as well.
So I guess the question is this:
A) How do you define your own version of "strictly paleo"?
B) How long have you managed to eat this way without slipping up?
C) Did you notice a difference in how you felt, as compared to periods of time when the occasional neolithic indulgence weaseled its way into your diet?
I'm curious as to whether my experience is normal, or if most of you are very stringent.
