I love paleohacks. I have been trying to lose weight, I cut down on calories and fat, I cut out my carbs and nothing was working. I recieved different advice from people, I decided my way was not working so I followed some of the advice and now on when people ask me what diet am I on, I say diet? what diet? I upped my calories, I don't bother counting how many calories I consume, fat? I eat healthy fats, I don't worry about those either, I keep carbs out of my diet, except veggies. So basically I eat whenever I am hungry, as much as I need to satisfy me and the food is definetly not diet food, more like gourmet food and all of a sudden my ketones are up and I am losing weight.
