I'm dairy free, nut free, almost fruit free paleo. I'm in a situation where I have to eat out tonight and the place is Buffalo Wild wings. Not ideal but I have to make due. I'll get to eat the next day so if I don't end up eating that much its not a big deal but I'm with people that aren't tolerable, they know I'm "allergic" to dairy though. I'd rather not make a scene about what i'm eating.
I'm going to either go with traditional wings or non-glazed ribs. The problem is I hate eating absolute crap and i've heard the ribs are originally just pre-cooked/frozen. Unfortunately the traditional wings aren't a great option either. Plain chicken wings but they're still fried (not breaded or sauced option). Salad? I hate making all sorts of special requests for what to not put on. Bleh.

Trust me, if this was avoidable I would but it is the current situation. I'm fine with cheat meals but my version of cheat is usually paleo or primal because afterwards I feel awful. I just want something that I'll feel okay with afterwards.
