Can anyone point me towards any literature that outlines the differences between the oils (omega 3 and 6 content etc.).
Could swear down that I've seen something but can't for the life of me remember where.
This is all to try and answer the questions I keep getting off friends regarding which oils I will and will not eat - especially those derived from seeds (i.e. Flaxseed, rapeseed, sunflower seed etc etc).
