My friends and I are visiting our old University for an annual bar crawl.
I know the perils of excess drinking...but, I drink rarely and I'm looking forward to this event. I don't plan on remaining wasted for 12 hours straight, though I will probably have several drinks over the course of the day and into the night.
Does anyone (those in college?) have advice on the best meal options to have over the course of the day. Should I stick with mainly protein, mainly fat, or my normal habits? I am fully paleo with the exception of heavy cream. Are there any foods that I should avoid while drinking? (Those that might make me feel worse the next day etc. due to the alcohol combo). I'm planning on bringing a lunch box (I'm sooo cool) or snack pack so that I can easily avoid the slew of pizza places.
