Anyone here lean out a lot after going Paleo, but wasn't overweight to begin with? I'm not trying to be rude, but I'm specifically looking for people who went Paleo, but were close to optimal weight, and did you lose any weight or lean out much? I feel like Paleo is great for people overweight, and it works wonders for them, but what about the people who just had a few extra pounds that they've been carrying all their lives? Doesn't the body make it hard to lose that weight because it's been functioning with it ever since...?
Just want to hear some people's thoughts.
