Just looking for some Paleo sauces to consider buying from Amazon. Some examples include Thai and Indian curries.

You sure you don't wanna try making your own sauce? Here are search results on Mark's Daily Apple for some sauce recipes: tinyurl.com/6qz96dk – April S. Mar 2 2012 at 17:06
I'd love to but I have very limited time to cook and premade sauces and spices are an easy compromise to staying mostly Paleo, especially when armed with a pressure cooker. – balor123 Mar 2 2012 at 18:26

Super easy - Thai curry paste of your choice + coconut milk. Why buy it pre-blended? – Karen Jul 3 at 13:14

How about salsa? You can get it at your local grocery store. Just check the ingredients if you're strict. Some have corn starch added, but not all.

Realistically, you're not eating gobs of sauce. It's a seasoning/flavorant for other foods. With the addage, the dose makes the poison, in mind, don't sweat the sauce all that much. Eat what you enjoy.

As stated, the "dose makes the poison." So long as you're choosing a decent sauce (minimal ingredients and low in sugar) it's not going to hurt you whatsoever.

I prefer natural taste of foods, personally. But when I jazz stuff up:

I use dinosaur BBQ sauce. It has a couple grams of sugar per Tablespoon and I barely even use that when I drip some on my chicken (or other meats.)

I also use lots of hot sauce and salsa. Both are flippin' GREAT "sauces" to utilize with great health benefits.

Steve's Paleo Kits makes sauces now. I just ordered the BBQ Peach. Hope it's good!
