I'm a big guy, very big. 6'5" 300lbs. I recently upped my Carbs after months of VLC and found that my weight loss didn't stall, it went faster.
If I were to eat this diet what do you think my results would be?
Tubers - Yams, Waxy-type potatoes predominantly. Rice - In small quantities. Fruit - Oranges, melon, fresh and frozen berries mostly. Meat - 4oz or less per serving, 1 serving per meal. (2 eggs from breakfast, some broth or gelatin for lunch and a 4oz piece of meat with supper) Veggies - Maybe a bit, but truthfully I don't ever crave these.
Factors -
Quite overweight still Low body temperature Average Pulse 50-60 (I can get my BP into the 190's during peak 8 style workouts with no serious problems) Haven't had recent blood work but digging out the last physical I had at 450lbs I had Average BP (120/77), low pulse, and within range cholesterol, blood sugar, T3/T4 etc..
Will I stall? Gain weight? Develop liver problems (fatty liver from sugar)? Lose Muscle mass and strength? Will I lose massive amounts of fat, gain huge amounts of muscle and come out looking like a Bodybuilder?
Predictions?
