What is the favorite thing(s) you learned from the Paleo Summit? Optionally what are you going to DO about it? :-)
I didn't watch all presentations, since I'm currently not that interested in working out etc. Some presentations learned me practically nothing because I knew most of it, though the presentations were still awesome.
From Mark Sisson I learned that extremely fit-looking people can be sick too.
From Dr. Allison Siebecker I learned that honey and glucose might be more beneficial for me than safe starches or fruit until my fungus issues are completely gone.
From Matt Stone and Dr. Paul Jaminet I learned that low-carb is far from perfect. Even though Matt Stone didn't really convince me, at least it helps me be more open towards sugar.
From Dr. Daniel Chong I learned that going bare-foot might really be a step forward in my health.
From Dr. Jack Kruse I learned that Sherpa's have a horrible, long life. Their telomeres are apparently long though.
From Sean Croxton I learned that Sean Croxton is freaking funny (on Jimmy Moore's presentation : Jimmy : What's going on, Sean? Sean : Oh I'm just chillin', doing these fun presentations and in every e-mail or presentation Yo Wassup Y'all). Why don't I have a black friend?
I might actually buy the whole presentation package and listen to it during summer.
