  2. same for eggs
  3. same for dairy (if you do dairy)
  4. same for seafood
  5. a handful of staple meals you can make in less than an hour but eat for 3 or 4 meals; ground meat for taco meat (for salads, dip for fried plantains, mixed with eggs), shepherds pie (replace potatoes with mashed cauliflower), and burger patties
  6. cauliflower for cauliflower rice and mashed cauliflower - great versatile sides
  7. base for sauces and dips and dressings - like homemade mayo
  8. my food processor - i use it at least once a day for pureeing cauliflower, making mayo, shredding veggies

  1. A freezer that can barely close because there's so much meat/seafood in it.
    2. Bars of Kerrygold butter that would make the bars of gold at Fort Knox look like an anthill.
    3. Specifically: soy-free, organic, cage-free eggs with omega-3.
    4. A huge tub of coconut oil.
    5. FRESH veggies. The reason why I constantly go to Whole Foods. Which brings me to...
    6. Whole Foods.
7.Cooking essentials: spatula, tongs, pans of various sizes, oven, stove, you get the picture.
    8. Black-out curtains. Because I like tricking my brain into thinking it's still 6 a.m. when it's probably almost noon.
    9. Vibrams. I love my KSO's.
    10. Paleohacks. So I can overload my brain with everything Paleo/nutrition/health.
    11. Macadamia nuts and almonds--my go-to snacks.
12.A variety of spices. To spice things up. ba dum tss!
    13. A big ol' mountain that I can hike and live out my Paleo fantasy life.
    14. And I dunno, water I guess?

Thank You April!!! – Eric Mar 5 2012 at 7:32
Whole Foods is definitely not necessary for Paleo! I do just fine without, tyvm. :) – Chris Mar 5 2012 at 14:34
Well it's more of a convenience thing, Chris, as it's only a few minutes away from my house rather than driving miles away to a farmer's market (which I do occasionally). – April S. Mar 5 2012 at 17:20
