Yes, I know this has been addressed before.. But, I am wondering what protein powder would be the best for a morning shake. Reasons are: I am VERY short on time in the morning (have to be at work by 8, and I already go to the gym first), and I don't want eggs and/or meat everyday, besides that's not really an option.. I would like to be able to make up a protein shake with veggies and some fruit, but I don't know what protein to use. I used to use soy about 10 years ago, and most recently had this kind (http://www.amazon.com/Garden-Life-Organic-Protein-Grams/dp/B0031JK96C). I know neither one of those are good because of legumes/grains in them. I would prefer a non-flavored protein, or one with little flavor.
Would eggs in a shake be a good enough source of protein?
And somewhat related, are Spirulina and/or Maca Powder OK on Paleo?
