I'm LOVING paleo! 3 weeks in and I've already dropped 14 lbs, have crazy energy, a healthy libido, no more mid-afternoon exhaustion, and feel like my brain is a brain again! I can think, and produce clear thoughts.. this is saying alot for a mama of 3 that never thought I'd feel 'normal' again. I kept calling it baby-brain, but I can see now that it was my poor diet that was holding me back.
This morning I had 3 pieces of back bacon with eggs, and it was DELICIOUS! Problem is, although I'm enjoying the taste of back fat...I can see that my own back fat or love handles are becoming slumpy and loose and I'm wondering if anyone has some good exercise tips that target that zone?
I'd love to whip into some back fat exercises before I dig into my baby-back ribs!
