I work as an EMT so I have to eat on He go alot. What kind of things do you all make that I can make at home and reheat in 5 minutes or less? I made paleo spaghetti the other night with plenty of leftovers.it all has to be food that will keep safe in a cooler I bring to work with me. Do any of you make some type of protein bar or snack bar?
Thanks for the help. New to this paleo eating. Trying to ease into it and gather tons of info. Plus m doing it to loose weight but add muscle. I workout regularly. Looking for ideas that might be lower in calories and fat than some things I've found.
