Been Paleo for about a year and for the last two months I have been having stomach problems. So I went to a Dr that is affiliated with Paleo Physicans Network. She took blood and ran some tests. Her diagnosis was that I was fully with poop. I was surprise because I go regularly everyday. She said I should lay off meat for awhile.
I have a sprained wrist so it's hard to type, but I had the same. Google veggies with their amounts of fiber and surprisingly, they don't have a lot. Google fruits too and you'll see a difference. I started eating 30 grams of fiber a day and now it's good :) Nuts, fruits, and veggies, reach those 30 grams and wait four days. I hope it gets better for you! Also drink lots of water and eat good fats like coconut oil, avocados (also a great source of fiber) and olive oil :)
