Hi I'm interested in starting the lean gains diet but don't know much about it. Does anyone have any information on it? Tips, and diet programs I could use.

Leangains is very simple. Squat/bench/deadlift along with a few accessory lifts, around three times per week. Eat a lot of protein every day. Eat lower carb on off days, much high carb for the two meals after lifting.
I was told by someone doing a leangains/Paleo hybrid diet that you want Caribs before lifting g for meals and protein for post workiut but Kamal suggests the opposite. I just discovered lean gains the other day and would ale like to incorporate it but with a Paleo diet, like the other person. Could someone help clarify this for me? Much appreciated
