Started the leptin reset today. As I live in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, I'm not so familiar with the foods you guys use. It's hard to find grass fed beef here and a lot of brands of other foods I often see mentioned here, I don't have access to.
I'm a female, 5,4ft, 117lbs, and the reason I start the leptin reset is that I suffer from nocturnal sleep related eating disorder. I already managed to get my weight down but I still wake up at night finding myself with my head in the cupboards eating whatever's around. Tried locking food away, storing it in the freezer but even then I'll end up eating it whilst asleep.
What I ate today for breakfast was 200g (i.e. 7oz) of smoked salmon, 3 eggs, fried in 1T coconut oil. That should do it as a BAB, doesn't it? It was a helluvalot though and I wondered if I didn't overdo it on the salmon....
