What foods,if any,can you eat before bedtime that won't dramatically effect hormone levels(insulin, growth hormone) during sleep?

Dude, if you do dairy, have a scoop of casein protein powder with a half-1oz of nuts (depending on how much fat you've already eaten during the day). That'll keep your blood sugar steady and your muscles growing all night long. As long as calories and macros are in check still, you'll get leaner everyday doing this.
