Alright folks give em up. I've become a bit tired of the EVOO, garlic, lemon or lime, salt/pepper marinade I've been using for some time (on pretty much all types of meat). Any suggestions for simple/quick recipes (steak and salmon are my most commonly grilled meats)? I'm all ears ; )

Wheat-free tamari, sesame oil, mirin (or cooking sherry), five-spice powder - good as marinade for chicken thighs (made this last night, in fact) - can also add fish sauce & lime juice as well. |
