Hello -
I eat 60% fat 25% protein 15% fat, but currently my primary source of fat comes from nuts/plants. Any thoughts on how I can get more animal fat into my diet. I really prefer lean meats. I tried brisket and pulled pork last week but I don't have much experience cooking them and I really can't stomach too much of them.
I eat liverwurst every other day. Does anyone have a fatty meat recipe they could share with me?
