Does anybody has any hacks on how to start losing weight again?, stuck on a plateau.

For how long have you been stuck? When I'm losing, I tend to have periods of flatline plateau and then sharp down legs, even though my diet and activity level remain constant. – Ralph Furley Mar 16 2012 at 0:08

I agree very partially with badly_dubbed; change up your routine.

If you haven't tried IF (intermittent fasting) I'd read about that. Otherwise, I strongly believe the way to keep your body receptive to releasing fat is to vary the what, when and how much you eat. I fast some days, eat moderately many days, and feast occasionally.

I rotate the species and cuts of meat I eat and some days I skip meat. I vary my fruit intake from none to moderate to lots. I eat a lot of leafy salads one week and many cooked ones the next.

Change, change, change!

How is that a reasonable answer? – peter Mar 16 2012 at 8:29
Because it works. Fasting is IMO a great plateau breaker. – badly_dubbed Mar 16 2012 at 10:28

Your answer didn't say "try fasting to break your plateau". – peter Mar 18 2012 at 5:01
