I'm not 100% convinced that it's worth it to seek out non-homogenized milk. But if I can find it I'm going to go with it for sure. http://primalhealthandfitness.com/blog/2010/08/14/homogenized-milk-does-a-body-bad/

Where in the Houston area can one find non-homogenized milk? Whole Foods didn't have it, neither do any of the big chains HEB, Randalls, Kroger..

I only buy raw milk and lucky my state still allows the sale. I don't drink much except during hard training months ( about every three months) I swear by it. Im not sure about the non-homogenized issues as I would never buy a commerical pasteurized milk product. Your link doesn't open.

I travel a lot between San Antonio and Houston and was introduced to Strykly Texas Cheese which is along I-10 about halfway. Their raw grass fed milk is delicious and at the farm it's only $5/gal. Yum
