I wanna go on holiday! The problem is, my diet is strict, and I hate slacking. So, please tell me every destination you know that has easy access to grass-fed beef and organic vegetables! While I don't mind going on holiday in a city, I'd rather be in nature.
Maybe we could make a collaborative map?
New Zealand is the first thing that comes to mind for me when I think of pastured meat.
I don't know for sure on the grassfed meat thing, but as far as organic produce goes, Cuba has become world renowned for it by necessity because of the trade embargo.
Hit any country that can't afford pesticides or animal feed and you're probably good (although other environmental toxins could be an issue in cash strapped countries because of things like smelting down electronics for recycling).
If you got the cash (and the plane ticket), there's MovNat's workshop in Thailand -- paleo food and physical fitness: http://movnat.com/train-with-us/thailand-7-day-workshops-overview/
Outside magazine has an 8 page review if you want more info: http://www.outsideonline.com/fitness/strength-and-power-training/The-Workout-that-Time-Forgot.html
They love their beef and have amazing wines.
If you want to do outdoor adventures, there are many options going South of Buenos Aires. I spent some time hiking and hanging out in Puerto Madryn and touring the Valdes Peninsula and really had a great time. (This was after Tango school and hanging out with some polo players riding some really nice ponies. Believe me there is LOTS to do in all parts of Argentina.)
Being based in Sydney, I'm very partial to Bali. On the North-East coast, you can eat only wild fish caught the morning, and fresh veggies, pretty much anywhere.
Inside the island, you have organic farmstays such as this one http://healthylivingtribes.com/paleo-primal-resource/organic-farm-bali at a very affordable price (but I don't know where you're traveling from!).
How about a fat-bike-rafting trip to the Alaskan arctic?
Uhh... pretty much any major city in the US, Canada, Australia, and Western Europe? If you're willing to find a store with those food items and then prepare the food yourself, you can go pretty much anywhere.
