If you take this survey, be aware of the potential positive impact.

The Women's Health Initiative, Health Professionals Followup Study, Framingham Heart Study, and other longitudinal studies coming out of the Harvard School of Public health essentially reinforced the SAD diet for the past twenty years.

That was episode I, which is just a crappy prequel. We are part of episode IV, "A New Hope"! If my memory serves me correctly, the Empire gets mad at us, and then someone with a really high midichlorian/vitaminD level helps us topple our foes.
