I love paleo and I'm not a big fan of cooking. I'd like food that tastes yummy that I can prepare with minimal effort.
Any suggestions on paleo meals that I can put together quickly and easily?
For example: my breakfast every morning is to put one egg into the microwave for 1 minute. I put tumeric on it and voila, ready to go! Gives me a good, quick boost to start the day with, takes a moment to do, and is perfectly paleo.
(Note: other threads have been about snacks; I'm looking more for lunch, dinner suggestions)
