This is a really tasty combination, especially when you add a lot of good butter to the potatoes and some spices to the liver (veal is my preference).
Due to the high oxalate content of sweet potatoes (discussed in a few threads here), is it better to avoid eating these together?
Will the oxalates in the potatoes bind to many of the liver's nutrients? Will the butter neutralize any of the oxalates?
Would it be good to drink some natural calm with the meal (mg citrate)?
