I bought some cooked brisket from US Wellness that I was thinking of making a sandwich with. I don't want starchy bread but rather something that could fill the same role. I was thinking maybe of a few stacked Romaine hearts. What do you all think?

If I ever make a "sandwich" I use lettuce on the outside. Or rather, just enjoy the natural goodness that is US Wellnes beef and skip the extras :) |

You can make bread using coconut flour. My whole family went paleo last year and we use it to make Paleo muffins, Paleo pizza, even Paleo brownies and cake! |

Or you could pretend it's Passover and enjoy your brisket without any bread :) All kidding aside, I guess you could make it like an "unwich", like they do at JJ's and just wrap it in lettuce with whatever else you want in there. Yum! |

I've been wrapping my sammich fillings with a sheet of nori. You get a little crunch and a dose of tasty sea vegetable too! |

I make "bread" all the time. Whisk a couple eggs with a teaspoon of baking powder and a dash of salt and cook in the pan for 30 seconds on each side. If I want it slightly sweeter for a "Sweet crepe" I'll throw in cinnamon, vanilla, and maybe a third a banana. Super easy. |
