Six weeks GRAIN FREE! Not hungry at all, BUT not losing weight either!
I'm so glad to find this forum!!! I've been grain free for 6 weeks and feel fantastic. I have not limited anything else till now other than cutting out all grains and legumes. The only dairy I eat is Greek yoghurt and cream in my coffee. I eat lots of veggies and fruit; sugar in my coffee and LOTS of nuts.
The transition to wheat free and then grain free was pretty easy I, had headaches for about a week but since then I have felt good. I do lack energy from about 2pm on though. Does anyone else experience the same?
I am female 5'4 - 137. I would like to get back to 120-125 perfect for my height and bone structure. My weight unfortunately has not moved at all.
I guess now I eliminate fruit or dairy, or the nuts?? Any suggestions for kick starting weight loss would be appreciated! Thanks :)
