Hi After a year of low carb/paleo, I just did the Whole30 for 22 days.
The main difference between it and my previous diet was that I cut out the twice a week sugar treat and all dairy, which I was previously having every day.
On Day 22 (yesterday) I had a cup of whole milk organic yoghurt and a table spoon of soft cheese. Today my ears are plugged and I have a slight earache - could that be the dairy?
Do you know of a source that lists all the various, typical ways to react to dairy?
I have chronic rhinitis and seasonal allergies, so my goal is to reduce inflammation enough to cure both. I also have obstructive apnoea so reducing insulin/inflammation/carbs is also a goal in order to improve that as well. Dairy makes eating so much easier so I don't want to go off it unless it is an issue for me.
