Last week I took my 3 year old with me to the market and he insisted he wanted the "fish with eyes" for dinner. So I cooked a whole fish (not as bad as I expected). Left with some bones and a head, I did what I always do with bones and made stock. So... now I've got about 3 cups of a nice strong fish stock and I have no idea what I'd use it for. And unlike chicken stock, it doesn't seem like the kind of thing I can sip out of a coffee cup. Any ideas? Someone have a good paleo clam chowder maybe???

EDIT: Nevermind, closing it. I guess I missed a very similar question from 2 days ago.

My 2 1/2 year old loves the 'fish with eyes' too :) – Joseph S. Sep 20 at 20:20

I made a kind of gravy out of salmon fish stock. The strong fishy smell wasn't noticeable as it cooked with stir fried duck, onions, garlic and sausage but it a richer sauce.

Adding Lime and Ginger to it will make it quite drinkable!
