What was the "ideal" shape and body fat percentage?
I figure that in the past, heavy lifting, six-packs, running 26 miles in one setting at a constant pace etc. were not part of their natural lifestyle. So if having super-lean, muscular and sculpted bodies (what is considered fit/healthy these days) wasn't the norm...what was the "norm" in terms of body-type?
I don't care so much for "natural aspect"...I'm mostly curious. I want a very lean and sculpted body, even if it isn't "natural"
