I am a Paleo-Dieter. But sometimes I get myself a Cappuccino to go.
Mostly I get it by Mc Donalds. In Germany we can choose between
- Soy Milk (lactose free but grain source somehow) &
- fatreduced Milk (1,5 % fat instead of 3,5 %)
What would you say is less harmfull out of a Plaeo Point of view and why?
If you have to pick between the two, the milk is better than the soy. Just remember dairy should be a minimum but soy is just a no no. I use to drink tons of soy milk before paleo, and trust me cutting it is great.
I am spoiled and own an espresso machine, buy coconut milk, and use that which is very good.
