Yikes! Constipated, greyish, and not sleeping? It would be hard for me to wait that much badness out :).
It would be helpful to know which plan you are following, what kind of exercise you're getting, what kind of protein/fat/carb ratios you're shooting for, but it also seems like a good question for your trainer, dietician, or book, website, or other more authoritative source that just us "hacks"
IMHO, its easy to make yourself a little crazy around here trying to follow everybody's different suggestions (more fat! more carbs! more eyeball massages!) especially when you're new to the game and have broad, complicated questions.
If you're just looking for a little encouragement then:
hang in there, know that there's really no such thing as a free lunch, there's more than one way to skin this cat, and sometimes you get what you pay for - so consider a joining a gym, hiring a consultant or reading a paleo book cover-to-cover if you haven't yet.
My experience with paleo was magical from day 1, so I tend to have a lot less patience with the wait-it-out approach.
