I can't eat organ meats. What are some alternatives in the food world for organs? More greens, seaweed, other source?

"Can't" as in "due to an issue of availability/physical barrier I can't" or "I find them gross I can't"? – JeJ Mar 28 2012 at 0:34

Eggs and oysters!!

Including a variety of shellfish and seafood in your diet will get you lots of wonderful nutrients you could otherwise be getting from organ meats.

Oysters and Clams are pretty damn good as sources of selenium, copper, etc. – rammer Mar 28 2012 at 6:47

There are also glandular supplements of freeze dried raw organ meats. Liver and heart have some of the highest nutrients. 6 capsules, according to manufacturers is one ounce of organ.
